Yan & Yum is a bubble tea kit brand operated by Taste Trail Foods (ABN 87 669 066 291), based in Australia. You can reach us any time at info@tastetrailfoods.com.au.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the items you buy.
• Enquiries: anything you send us through our contact or wholesale forms.
• Website usage: basic, anonymous information about how visitors use the site, so we can improve it.

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider, and your card information goes directly to them.

• To take payment, pack and deliver your order, and keep you updated about it.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To send you marketing emails only if you have asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We only share what is needed with the services that help us run the shop: our payment provider, our delivery and fulfilment partners, our email provider and our website hosting provider.

We never sell your personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Your information is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections and access controls. Some of our providers store data overseas; we choose providers that apply protections comparable to Australian privacy law.

We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@tastetrailfoods.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.

We use a small number of cookies to remember your cart, and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the shop may stop working.
